Santa Claus parachuting hot air balloon vintage Christmas hanging decor Rare

Pre owned in awesome condition. Possible Dreams Flight of Fancy? Unsure exactly of the maker but see all photos. I can’t find anything exactly like it online. His face has great detail (there is slight chipping on the nose and forehead/hat). Such a unique piece! I’ve used him for years and that’s the first thing visitors always comment on is how cool he is. Santa height- 6″ Hot air balloon diameter- 9″ Total height while hanging- 18.5.
